SHIPPING POLICY

AT THIS TIME, SWAMPYPETE.COM ONLY DELIVERS TO ADDRESSES WITHIN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. 

SWAMPYPETE.COM strives to deliver its products as quickly as possible.  

Once an order has been placed and payment received, it will be processed within 3 business days and shipped.  SWAMPYPETE.COM will utilize the USPS, UPS or FedEx for shipping.  The shipping vendor utilized by SWAMPYPETE.COM will depend on which vender provides the most efficient service to your area for SWAMPYPETE.COM.  Our goal is to have the product in your hands within 10 (sooner if possible) business days (Monday - Friday) from the time of payment.  This is not a guarantee.  SWAMPYPETE.COM will notify you by email once your purchase has been shipped and which vendor was utilized.  Remember to take into account that SWAMPYPETE.COM honors all holidays observed by the shipping vendors listed above.

BACK ORDERED/OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item is selling faster than anticipated and is out of stock, SWAMPYPETE.COM will notify you, the purchaser, by email.  Out of stock items should be re-stocked within 14 days and shipped immediately once received.  SWAMPYPETE.COM will then notify you by email that your purchase has been shipped and which vendor was utilized.   

CUSTOM ORDERS & PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS

Custom orders (those with personalized names, badge numbers, rank, department, etc., that are embroidered/printed) and print on demand products generally take no more than 5-7 business days to produce.  Custom orders and print on demand products will be processed the same as in stock items, just add an extra 5-7 business days for production.  Once the order is made, it will immediately be shipped.  Be aware that during specific times of the year, (like Christmas) it may take longer to produce your item/s due to the high volume of orders.  Please take this into account when placing your order.  SWAMPYPETE.COM will do it’s best to produce all custom orders during this time within 5-7 business days, but can make no promises.  

RUSH SHIPPING

If you have ordered late, for whatever reason, and would like your order rush or next day delivered (once manufactured) contact SWAMPYPETE.COM.  Be aware though, this service will incur additional charges which will depend upon your location and the time of th
